After your order has been placed, you will receive an automated email confirmation from psfskincare.com with a summary of your order. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation, please check your SPAM filter or folder, as the confirmation may have been incorrectly identified by your email service as SPAM. Or, you may track the progress of your order on our website by logging into your account & clicking on "Orders History". You may then view the updated status of your order and track your package via our website.

Out of Stock Items

While we make every attempt to have all of our products in stock at all times, there may be the occasional instance where the demand for an item exceeds the supply, or if raw ingredients are on backorder from our suppliers. This may result in a lag in the manufacturing process, thus causing an item to be temporarily out of stock.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping) for all retail skincare products purchased from www.psfskincare.com. Try them out for a month, and if for some reason you should not be satisfied, please use the “Contact Us” link above to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) and easy instructions for returning or exchanging product(s). Include in your e-mail correspondence your name, order date, order number, and product name. C.O.D. packages cannot be accepted. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that fragrances may not be returned and/or exchanged. You may order a sample of our original perfumes to allow you to test the product on your skin before making a full-sized purchase. All credit/debit returns will be refunded to the original purchase card. All returns are issued in US Dollars. Pure Skin Formulations does not make any guarantees in regard to variances in currency exchange rates as it relates to the time of purchase versus the time of refund. Returns that exceed $200.00 USD in any one order may be subject to a 20% processing fee. Please allow 10 business days for us to process the credit to your card. Damages from shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will gladly refund any shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. All returned/exchanged items are destroyed. All returns are accepted on a per-case basis and at the discretion of Pure Skin Formulations, LLC.

Secure Online Ordering
Pure Skin Formulations® provides the highest level of secure online ordering. All credit/debit card and personal information is encrypted, transferred and processed on our secure server. As soon as your transaction is complete, all information is immediately deleted from the server. We use Paypal ® as our credit card processing company whether you use your Paypal® account or manually enter your credit card or banking information during checkout. Therefore, we can process your payment without ever seeing or having access to this information. This is done as a safety feature for you, the buyer. Through Paypal ® and our secure shopping cart, you are submitting your order in the most secure manner possible.

Online Wholesale/PSFpro™ Orders
Wholesale & PSFpro™ account holders may shop online using your wholesale or PSFpro™ login credentials. Please log in using your PSFpro™ or Wholesale User Name and Password. All wholesale orders must meet the order minimum of $100 per order. Orders that do not meet this minimum will incur a $15.00 small order fee, which will be added to your shipping charges. Please note that retail coupon codes may not be applied to wholesale orders. Wholesale orders which have retail coupon codes applied to them will be declined. If you are interested in selling Pure Skin Formulations® products in your salon, day spa, physician's office or store, please apply online by registering as either a Wholesale Account or a PSFpro™ Account. Only pre-authorized accounts may purchase products under the PSFpro™ label. This is due to the fact that they are professional treatment products that must be administered by a licensed aesthetician or physician. Once your business information has been verified, your account will become activated and you may place your first order.

Coupon Codes
If you have a coupon code, it must be entered into the coupon code field on the SHOPPING CART page during the checkout process. Please note that once your order has been submitted, we cannot apply a coupon or discount on your behalf after the fact. Please check to make sure that your order is correct & that your discount has been applied before you confirm your order.

If you hold a valid aesthetician's license, own a salon or day spa or own a shop or boutique, we will be happy to create a wholesale account for you. Apply online by registering with us as a Wholesale Account. Once we process your request, you can easily shop online and receive wholesale pricing plus volume discounts on our retail line of products.

PSFpro™ Accounts

We also offer a full line of professional peels and backbar products for use by the licensed aesthetician and/or physician. We offer proliferative skin peels that provide physician-quality results with little to no discomfort for the patient/client, as well as add-on treatments and home care and aftercare products to maximize the results of our procedural peels & treatments. PSFpro™ Professional Skincare System is available to physicians and licensed aestheticians only and requires pre-approval before purchasing these products. If you are a physician or aesthetician and would like to incorporate our professional skin peels and products into your service menu, you may apply online by registering as a PSFpro Account. Once we process your request, you can easily shop online for our PSFpro™ products, and also receive wholesale pricing and volume discounts on our retail line of Pure Skin Formulations® products.
