Nice texture, strong smell
I really wanted to like this product but it smells like ammonia or something similar, which it is very overwhelming to me. I have tried it for two days hoping to get use to the smell but I don’t think I can handle it. I like the company and the way the products are prepared. The personal handwritten note and the free sample products were amazing (the milk cleanser, the lipstick plus the exfoliation scrub). The ammonia smell you are referring to is the inherent smell of the active ingredient Dimethylethanolamine (DMAE), which is a tertiary amine (thus the amine smell). This is the main active ingredient in this product, so we cannot leave it out. We have tried adding fragrance to this product to "cover" the smell, which actually ended up making the overall smell worse. The upside is that it evaporates quickly (the smell is gone within a minute or two) and the firming results to the skin far outweigh the temporary inconvenience of the scent. If you are still unhappy with the product, please contact our customer service & we will be happy to issue you a full refund. could not use long enough to determine effect
I really wanted to love this stuff, but it dried out my skin too much (because of other products I need to use for other skin issues) and I have oily skin. My rating does not reflect that it does or does not work, because I may have had some tightening in the short time I used it. My rating is based only on that it can be very harsh on some people's skin. I even tried waiting til summer when my skin is most oily, and I still could not use this long enough to benefit from it.

I love this Gel!
This DMAE gel is great! It really firms things up. With frequent use, it tends to dry my skin a bit, so I limit usage. Yes, it smells funky, but so worth it!

I wrote a review on this product 1year 1/2 ago and I am still using it today. twice a day. When I start doubting it works ( quite a budget!!) is usually the time I run out of it... I will start noticing within 30 days that my skin is not the same and then reorder a 6 month supply.....;-)

I love this product. I noticed a difference in my skin right away. I have been using it for about 1year 1/2 and this is a product that i cannot leave without. I use it twice a day and havent had any problems with dryness but I do have oily skin. I wait about 15 minutes before applying other products. I highly recommend it.

DMAE has given me back the firm plump lips of my youth.
I love this product. It's the only product I know of that actually firms skin. It makes my old eyes look open and alert. My lips are where I notice the biggest improvement though. DMAE has given me back the firm plump lips of my youth. I use it twice per day all over my face and neck, morning and night. I didn't notice real change when I was only using it once per day. It's drying though, so I have to follow it 30 minutes later with a moisturizer. I allow the 30 minutes for the pH of the product to normalize, so I get the most benefit out of it. Great product, and PSF is the only company that offers DMAE in the proper proportion and pH to be clinically effective.
