This mimosa extraction is a special low temperature extraction of fresh mimosa flowers on natural nerolidol. This produces a sweeter, more delicate floral representation of fresh mimosa flowers without the green and woody aspects of mimosa absolute. Perfect for sheering out floral accords or adding sweetness to fruit accords without changing the overall characteristics.
