Retail Domestic (United States)
Shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout. Please note that we do not accept orders over the phone. Domestic Retail orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or you may choose the economy shipping option for packages weighing under 16 ounces, which is USPS First Class Package Delivery. This service is less-expensive, but First Class Package service does not include delivery confirmation/tracking or insurance in the unlikely event that your package gets lost or damaged by USPS in transit. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please make that request in the comment section of the order form during checkout. Insurance cannot be added to your order after the shipping label has been printed. Average order processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping drop off days are on Wednesdays & Fridays only. Shipping charges are based on package weight and zone and are automatically added to your order at time of checkout. All weights for packages are rounded up to the nearest pound in accordance with USPS shipping policies.
Perfume Shipping Guidelines
Orders that contain perfumes must ship via first class ground delivery. Due to hazmat regulations, perfumes cannot ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you choose priority mail for an order containing a perfume, we will automatically change your shipping method to First Class Ground at time of shipment. If your order exceeds the 16oz weight limit for First Class Ground delivery, it will ship USPS Parcel Select Ground. Perfumes may only ship to addresses within the United States at this time.
Retail (International) We are currently NOT shipping to countries outside the USA.
All wholesale orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground. Please select the shipping option of your choice at time of checkout. Please note that wholesale orders can be shipped to US addresses only. Retail coupons & discount codes may not be applied Wholesale orders. We offer special incentives to our wholesale clients, please sign up for our email list for special promotions & pricing that you can pass on to your clientele!
After your order has been placed, you will receive an automated email confirmation from psfskincare.com with a summary of your order. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation, please check your SPAM filter or folder, as the confirmation may have been incorrectly identified by your email service as SPAM. Or, you may track the progress of your order on our website by logging into your account & clicking on "View Order Status". You may then view the updated status of your order and track your package via our website.
Out of Stock Items
While we make every attempt to have all of our products in stock at all times, there may be the occasional instance where the demand for an item exceeds the supply, or if raw ingredients are on backorder from our suppliers. This may result in a lag in the manufacturing process, thus causing an item to be temporarily out of stock.
Bottles, jars and labels may vary from website photos due to supply chain availability from our packaging suppliers. Ingredient lists, product weight and fill volume will not differ from our standard packaging.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We offer a 30 day return policy for all regularly priced retail skincare products purchased from www.psfskincare.com. Try them out for a month, and if for some reason you should not be satisfied, you may return the item for either a refund of the item price (minus coupons or discounts), or store credit. Shipping charges paid by customer are non-refundable. Some exclusions may apply. NO REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS or FRAGRANCES. Please try a sample of our fragrances before purchasing a full size bottle.

Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Damages from shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will gladly refund any shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Wholesale orders may not be returned unless reason for return is our error and/or product failure. Pure Skin Formulations, LLC is solely responsible for making final determination as to the condition, quality, and performance of all products. All returned items are destroyed. All returns are accepted on a per-case basis and at the discretion of Pure Skin Formulations, LLC.
Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Submit on the "Confirm and Submit" page. Once an order has been placed, your order cannot be changed or canceled, as orders are instantly electronically processed & scheduled for shipping. Please review your order carefully & make sure that it is correct before submitting your order for shipping. If you have changed your mind about the order and have decided that you do not want the product, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above.
Secure Online Ordering
Pure Skin Formulations provides the highest level of secure online ordering. All credit/debit card and personal information is encrypted, transferred and processed on our secure server. As soon as your transaction is complete, all information is immediately deleted from the server. Therefore, we can process your payment without ever seeing or having access to this information. This is done as a safety feature for you, the buyer.
Online Wholesale Orders
Wholesale account holders may shop online using your wholesale login credentials. Please log in using your email and Password. Please note that retail coupon codes may not be applied to wholesale orders. Wholesale orders which have retail coupon codes applied to them will be declined. If you are interested in selling Pure Skin Formulations products in your salon, day spa, physician's office or store, please contact us by email and we will be happy to set you up with a wholesale account. Once your business information has been verified, your account will become activated and you may place your first order.
If you have a coupon code, it must be entered into the coupon code field on the SHOPPING CART page during the checkout process. Please note that once your order has been submitted, we cannot apply a coupon or discount on your behalf after the fact. Please check to make sure that your order is correct & that your discount has been applied before you confirm your order. Retail coupons & discount codes may not be applied to PSF Wholesale orders. Wholesale orders which are placed using retail coupon codes will be Declined & your purchase price refunded.
Types of Membership:
This is our general customer category. You do not need to be an esthetician or cosmetologist to purchase Pure Skin Formulations products for your personal use.
